Delta Companies has an immediate Plant Forman opening at our Cape Girardeau Quarry.  Responsibilities include supervision of all phases of plant operations, assuring that production schedules and customer demands are fulfilled; coordinates production, maintenance, work schedules and quality; responsible for P&L, financial reporting and for plant safety and complying with MSHA regulations. 

Qualifications include BS degree in mining engineering or related field plus a minimum of five plus years in mining productions/management experience or high school degree plus significantly progressive experience in aggregate production and management experience; knowledge of  MSHA regulations; a commitment to safety, solid communication skills and supervisory experience required.
